Info I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Dispute Resolution Research Center of the Management and Organizations Department at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Chicago (2017-now).
Before this, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Social Psychology Department at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles (2015-2017). I received my PhD in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University, The Netherlands (2012-2015).
I study morality, hierarchy, and trust. I focus in particular on how organizations contribute to, or prevent, anti-social, distrustful, and immoral behavior in the workplace. My work has been published in the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Current Directions in Psychological Science, and Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin.
