Info I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Dispute Resolution Research Center of the Management and Organizations Department at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University in Chicago (2017-now). Before this, I was a postdoctoral researcher in the Social Psychology Department at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles (2015-2017). I received my PhD in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University, The Netherlands (2012-2015).
Research Despite increasing wealth and education levels many societies suffer from high levels of power and status inequality, low levels of trust, and polarization on important moral and political topics. My research focuses on the determinants and consequences of these phenomena. I study hierarchy, trust, and morality, and how we can leverage social science to create better functioning teams, organizations, and societies. Click on the publications tab to see my publications.
