Info I am currently on the 2018-2019 job market. I am a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Dispute Resolution Research Center and Lecturer in the Management and Organizations Department at the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University (2017-now). Before this, I was a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Social Psychology Department at the University of Southern California (2015-2017). I received my PhD in Social and Organizational Psychology from Leiden University, The Netherlands (2012-2015).
Research Despite increasing wealth, opportunities, and education levels many societies suffer from high levels of power and status inequality, low levels of trust, and polarization on important moral and political topics. My research focuses on the determinants and consequences of these phenomena. I study hierarchy, trust, and morality, and how we can leverage social science to create better functioning teams, organizations, and societies. I am teaching the MBA course on Negotiation at the Kellogg School of Management in the Fall of 2018.
